I can't wait to get my baby body back in shape after baby #3 but I'm taking it slow and steady. I still have a few weeks of healing. It's important to be gentle with ourselves and remember perfection is unattainable. I spin because it clears my mind and gets my blood flowing. What workouts get you going?
